Born where the desert meets the river
Fresh Moab Coffee started with a simple conviction: that a great cup of coffee shouldn't require a city to make it. In 2016, we opened our doors on East Center Street with a small espresso machine, a bag of locally sourced beans, and a whole lot of hope.
Today we're still small — intentionally so. Every batch is roasted in-house, every pastry is baked fresh each morning, and every regular's name is remembered. We're not a chain. We're not trying to be. We're the coffee shop where the trail map sits next to the sugar caddies and the barista asks about your hike.
